Positive: Sweet little flat, warm and cosy with all amenities provided. Lots of space for our dog to run around and play fetch. We appreciated being able to park our car within the property too. Comfy bed and lovely hot shower. Would stay here again!
Negative: Large gap under the main gate and a wide mesh side fence makes it easy for smaller dogs to escape from, but for medium upwards its fine. A few barky dogs behind colourbond fences, so if your dog is noise reactive they may get a bit triggered. But unless someone is walking their dog in the quiet alley way you shouldn't actually *see* another dog :)

Negative: proper securing of the windows so fly's don't get in. A clean place to start with would have been nice also. Had to clean the oven before I could use it.

Negative: The bed was a little hard for my taste.

Positive: Location was very unappealing. no outlook and looking at other properties backyards.
Negative: The check in instructions said key box was in another location so inaccurate. The outside area had a gate and the gap under the gate a small dog could escape from it because it was well above the ground level. Pictures were very old and outside did not look like as new as what was portrayed on line. Inside was very old and was a transportable . Cobwebs inside. Need new photos. A large opened carton of long life milk with some left in the bottom of it was in the fridge. Should be new small carton unopened. There were some condiments inside cupboards with a note that said if you used the last bit you were expected to replace the whole thing. Very unfair to last person to use. Owner should pay and supply not guests. Felt this was overpriced for $117 compared to other pet friendly cabins we stayed in that were bigger and better bathroom etc which were only $85 per night.

Positive: Dog friendly overnight stay on trip from NSW Coast to Adelaide .Good aircon. Some supplies in fridge and pantry free to guests. Comfy bed and couch.
Negative: Cleaning could've been a bit better. Dust on internal garbage bin and dirt on floor. "Welcome " mat on pieces. Needs replacing.

Positive: There was a large enclosed yard for dogs. It was a quiet neighbourhood. Cheap nightly rate - $115 plus $20 dog fee. Air-con was great.
Negative: Property did not look like pictures in advertising - they are at least 10 years old. The yuccas are HUGE now! Very small uncomfortable double bed for two. Water hammer when you use shower.
Summary: This demountable building is ok for a one night stay, but pictures need to be updated.
